We will only pass on your details to third parties in the process of fulfilling your orders, for example, to our mailing partner at Australia Post. In this case, we will only provide them the bare minimum details to fulfill your order safely, no unnecessary personal data will be shared.

YOUR SECURITY

Our website is hosted by Wix.com Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform, which allows us to sell our products to you. Your information shared with our website at www.africanexchangehub.com.au is protected by full SSL certification. For more detail on how Wix protects your information, you are invited to read their policy, here.

Our payment partner for all transactions is Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

By using this payment partner, we do not collect or store any of your payment details personally. All card numbers are stored in Stripe’s servers and encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).

For more insight on how our payment partner Stripe protects your personal details, we invite you to read their policy, here.
